4. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy, including that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and that any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Because shipments originate from China, you may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Failure to pay such charges may result in the package being held or returned, and you remain responsible for any associated costs.
