Refund Policy

Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason.

Item Condition Requirements

Returns are accepted only if the item has been lightly tried on for fitting purposes only and remains in clean, unused, and resalable condition with original tags and packaging (where possible).

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

We will gladly offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you (including return shipping if required). Please do not return the item before receiving authorization.

Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We do not provide free returns or prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

Return Address

The return address is the same as our shipping fulfillment center in China.

Do not ship any return without prior authorization. After approval, our support team will provide the exact return address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days after approval.
We do not refund the original shipping cost for change-of-mind returns.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
