Shipping Origin and Coverage

All orders are shipped from China by our fulfillment partner. Solmira ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states (the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time.The fulfillment center for both shipping outbound and returns is located in China.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States (including the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii). There is no minimum purchase amount.

Shipping is fulfilled from China, so delivery times are longer than domestic U.S. shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 10–20 business days after shipment (total approx. 11–23 business days from order placement).

Because all orders are shipped from China, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days from the date of shipment to any U.S. state (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Please allow up to 4–6 weeks (20–30 business days) during peak seasons, holidays, weather delays, or customs inspection.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

Delivery Limitations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii). However, we do not ship to:

  • U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • P.O. Boxes (in some cases)
  • Certain remote or highly restricted areas

If your shipping address cannot be serviced, our support team will contact you to discuss options, cancel the order, or issue a full refund.

Note: Due to shipping from China, some carriers may have additional restrictions on certain zip codes. We strongly recommend entering your address at checkout to confirm eligibility before completing your purchase.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All orders are shipped from China. Because shipments originate from China, recipients may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery or via a separate invoice.

  • We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis unless otherwise specified.
  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if any) are the customer's responsibility.
  • Duty amounts vary based on the item’s value, classification (HTS code), and current U.S. tariff rates for apparel (typically ranging from 10% to over 40% or more depending on fabric and current regulations). We cannot predict or pre-calculate the exact amount.
  • Note: Due to changes in U.S. import rules (including the suspension of the de minimis exemption), even low-value orders may be subject to duties. You may receive a separate bill from the carrier or need to pay upon delivery.
  • Failure to pay duties may result in the package being held by customs or returned to sender, in which case you will still be responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, delays, or additional fees caused by customs clearance. We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or your local customs office for estimates if concerned.

Important Notes

  • Tracking is provided once the package leaves China.
  • For the most accurate delivery estimate, please place your order and check the tracking after shipment.
